!Join RYT200 Yoga Instructor Yenni Tan as she delves into Vinyasa Flow yoga. Yenni Tan has been studying the art of movement throughout her life as a dancer, a gymnast, and a yoga practitioner. After her recent study and 200-hr certification with Nadine Dorrington, she has focused on teaching fundamentals for functional movement to her students. She has a strong belief in helping develop body awareness in order to craft a lifelong practice that meets individuals where they are.

Join RYT200 instructor Javonne Bowles as she delves into a 16 week structured program designed to create a strong character foundation for kids and teens. In addition to yoga, this program will include lessons on nutrition, self-care, learning to cope with stress, and other life skills that are sure to benefit our youth!.
